We arrived early and the upstairs where the clinic door is, was eerie quiet. No waiting area as such so we just sat on the carpet floor in the hall for 10 until someone let us in. Apart from this weird start, the nurse was super lovely and helpful, with all the gadgetry for the skin check.

I had a colonic today at A1 Colon Hydrotherapy Jindalee and I’m honestly feeling so much better afterwards — lighter, less bloated, and more refreshed overall. The experience was professional, comfortable, and far less intimidating than I expected. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling cleansed, relaxed, and already noticing a difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their gut health and wellbeing.

Atetta was a fabulous massage therapist. She was very attentive to my requests for more or less pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage today and hope to make this a recurring feature in my calender! :)

I always enjoy my treatment with Jamie! She puts me so at ease, like visiting a friend. Jamie is very experienced and so knows the different techniques of colonic therapy. I am so lucky to have such a lovely professional therapist.

She skillfully treats the entire body and effectively relieves muscular tension. I always leave feeling relaxed and feeling better.

I had a great experience at A1 Colon Hydrotherapy Aspley. Mariliis was professional, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the session. The clinic was very clean and relaxing. I felt lighter and less bloated afterwards. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try colon hydrotherapy in a safe and supportive environment.

I had a remedial massage with an exceptional therapist today .. I’m not sure how to spell her name but I think it’s Baiv 🤷🏼‍♀️😬 She was brilliant, friendly and professional. Only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is due to noise from the back room and voices but that said I had a very bad headache at the time. I will be back to see her soon 🙏

I have only attended a consultation. only. It was a good experience and I was provided with lots of information, details, options and alternatives including treatment coats. Unfortunately it wasn’t explained clearly to me beforehand that the consultation is no charge only if I went ahead with booking a treatment. So the $100 came as an unexpected surprise to me at the end of the consult when I advised I would consider options and my budget before progressing further. It is good to know however that if I do progress to book a treatment, that $100 will come off the treatment cost.
