I’ve been struggling to find a stylist in Pittsburgh ever since I moved here 1.5 years ago. You’d think a short straight chop bob would be easy but I guess not! All that changes at Hairsmith! She identified what needed to be done to give me the cut I want and fixed a really gnarly haircut I had before. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Alexis was super friendly and knowledgeable, I was super unsure what I actually wanted done and she helped talk me through options and I felt very comfortable with her! Very pleased with my hair and will be returning! Loved the private suite as well!

Alexis’s space is beautiful and she is professional and warm and very easygoing. I never felt comfortable going to a noisy big salon. I really love the vibe she creates. I also love the products Alexis uses and my haircuts are always perfect.

Alexis’s work is incredible. Before I went to her my hair was unhealthy and not the blonde I prefer. Alexis gets my blonde perfect every time . She has turned me onto some great products that have improved the health of my hair tremendously. If you are blonde or want to be blonde Alexis is absolutely the stylist to have.

I drive from Gettysburg to have Alexis do my hair because she is THAT talented! Lex is super knowledgeable, keeps growing as a stylist by educating herself with the newest techniques, she pays attention to detail, and she is an overall amazing person. Alexis listens to her clients wants/needs and every time I leave her chair, I feel like a new woman! I’m blessed to have her as my stylist (since forever and always no matter where I roam) and a better person for having her in my life!

Alexis is a true artist. I spent 4 years mistreating my hair because I could not find someone I could trust with my hair. My first consultation I knew I found my trusted person. Alexis understood exactly what I was trying to convey, made sure I understood the realistic time frame and started working her magic.
