I walked into the salon today 7.14.26 extremely nervous because it's been over 8 years since I have done my hair professionally. Jahlena was amazing as my hair stylist and Stephenie was an absolute sweetheart as the assistant. Jahlena was attentive and honest, steering me in the right direction. Stephenie was sweet, kind put me at ease (she made me a cup of tea 🙂). I definitely recommend H2 Salon if you are looking for a professional, clean and respectful hair salon. Since I now reside in California and visit NY twice a year, I will be getting my hair done at H2 Salon whenever I'm in NY. ♥️♥️

Marq is the TRUTH!!! A master at his craft from cutting to styling and color omgosh he's THE BEST for me!!! The salon is very clean, atmosphere is a vibe good music and great people. All stylist are great at what they do. Book your appointment NOW you will not be disappointed.

I recently had my hair dyed by Aimee and the results were incredible. I had color in my hair that was from several months ago that I was no longer happy with. Aimee carefully listened to my concerns and my vision and went to work on my hair. The final results exceeded my expectations! I love my color and my hair is so soft. Thank you Aimee!

love it here (first time visiting) -- I will definitely keep coming back for trims/cuts/color. Literally the best silk press in my life lol. But seriously, big up my stylist, Liyah & the other assistants at the salon. The (bob) cut is perfection & I appreciate her taking the time to lightly cut layers so my hair looks good in a natural state too Just know they're cash only (but they have an ATM)

Loved the atmosphere of the salon. Liyah my stylist was awesome. My haircut and style came out great. I have tried out a couple of salons/stylist during my natural hair journal and I always left feeling disappointed and needing to continue my search….search is over. Next appointment booked as I checked out of the salon!

I truly enjoyed my visit as a first time guest at H2. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was instructed to wash my hands and have my temperature. Shortly after, my stylist Lauren greeted me and offered to hang my coat. Through every step of the process - I received a haircut - Lauren was so kind, and handled me with such care. Upon completion, she recommended the next press visit, and the next cut visit appointments. I will be back!

This review is long overdue. I absolutely love H2 Salon. No matter if it's a haircut or color, Dailey carries out everything exquisitely, and she also gives good advice - and I always walk out feeling great. As a plus, the salon has good vibes, playing the best 90's music. My favorite salon in NYC!

From entrance to exit my visit was wonderfully pleasant, as always! Everyone is warm & accommodating, make the duration of each visit lovely. Dailey is exceptionally skilled with color, and quite frankly you’re in phenomenal hands with any stylist here. They’re all top tier.

I was greeted and offered a beverage while I waited. Aesthetically the salon is chic and beautiful. My stylist Patrice was amazing. She was patient, asked questions and made great suggestions for my at home hair maintenance. I immediately booked another appointment. Can’t wait!

When I tell you I completely adore London!? She was amazing! Energy was bomb and her skills are top notch. I haven't had anyone in my hair in a long time and I felt totally comfortable with her. Going to a new hair stylist can be daunting, but immediately I was so happy I booked with her! Can't wait to sit in that chair again! 🫶🏻

The salon is beautiful, the stylists are friendly, knowledgeable, and had nice hospitality. My stylist took my coat for me and hung it up, it was a snowy day so they had a bin for umbrellas, and they served drinks like tea, water, and seltzer water.

My experience with London was amazing. As a first-time client, we connected immediately. She truly listened — from no baby hairs or gel to my forehead to making sure nothing felt bulky. She treated and steamed my hair, split my bundles, and the braid down was like water, no tightness.. I’ve been waiting a long time to find a stylist like her and I’m so glad I finally did. I already told her she better not forget about me because she’s about to be BOOKED, BOOK’D for 2026 😂. I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be back 💙🙏🏽🙏🏽

10/10 experience. This was my first time at Classic Beauty Studio and I really needed a trim. One of my friends has come for a sew-in and recommended the salon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered water and tea. Lynne was an amazing stylist. She was patient, knowledgable, and kind. Lynne talking me through the service, gave me a great wash, and made sure I was comfortable with the trim. I will definitely be back!
