I loved how efficient the stylist was! She shampooed and straightened my hair in an hour!! I loved the result!!! I wish she would have given me a few soft curls. Next time I’ll ask for them. Online the price for a wash and Dominican Blowout says $65. I was charged $70. I mentioned the price and the nice lady at the desk said $70.

Great experience, was not prepared for how long it took but my daughter does not trust people doing her hair and the 2 stylist who helped her were wonderful. Will definitely be back next time I visit the area.

Clean, quick, & efficient. I walked in seeking an emergency roller set and trim and received exactly what I was looking for. All hands on deck are trustworthy. The ladies provide the best service I love coming here for a blow out and trim. Maria had the most gentle hands I felt so relaxed getting my hair washed. The minute you walk in you are greeted and acknowledged. The staff was super friendly. My daughter wanted a blonde streak and Wendy took her time to explain everything she was doing and did an amazing job. Will definitely return.

“The service and staff were very nice, and the salon was extremely clean, presentable, and professional. The owner was also very professional, and overall I had a pleasant experience with the staff. My only concern was the pricing. I received a wash, conditioning treatment, blowout, and had one track added just to give my hair a little more fullness. My total came to around $150, which I personally felt was very expensive for the services I received. I’m just not accustomed to paying that much for that service. but definitely a great place to visit.

She was amazing! I loved that she made sure my hair was moisturized before adding heat, while doing my hair, and after. She made sure to make sure I walked out with my hair exactly how I wanted it. She is my favorite hairstylist at Concept so far. (All of the hairstylist are great) However, I will be returning to see her. I think she will be my new ongoing monthly hairstylist.

My daughter absolutely loved her blowout! She is thrilled with how beautiful her hair turned out. Her hair was also conditioned and trimmed, leaving it looking healthy, soft, and gorgeous. She is officially ready for back to school and feeling confident! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
