Third Hand Salon is hands down the best salon in the Quad Cities. KJ has created a beautiful, homey, and welcoming space that you leave feeling calmer than when you arrived. She truly listens to her clients, understands what each person needs to look and feel their best, and has the skill to deliver every time. The experience is personal, relaxed, and professional, with Bill the dog (who's a very good boy) as an added bonus. You get one-on-one care from a stylist dedicated to her craft, all at a fraction of the cost of big salons. Going anywhere else is a waste of time & money. Thank you, KJ!

I just tried Third Hand for the first time and I am SO happy! I loved everything about the experience, from the peaceful and luxurious vibe to the results (which I'm elated by). KJ is an outstanding stylist and human, her salon is beautiful, and her dog, Bill, is an angel. I love my new cut and it made my day meeting her. I have found my new salon ❤ thanks KJ!

She was awesome and super friendly! She had a great attention to detail with my hair! Her dog is awesome, and he was super excited to see my haircut when it was done! He took a look at it and wagged his tail in excitement!

KJ has created a comfortable and inclusive place. She made me feel at ease from the start. She’s a part of our local community and it was a nice surprise to find out we know a lot of the same people. I went to her because I had a suspicion that my hair had a lot of natural body and wave, and that she would know how to bring it out. KJ listened to my hair, and delivered in a big way. This is the first time I’ve gotten a haircut and actually felt better about how I looked in the mirror afterwards. It’s the beginning of a beautiful thing.
