My mother in law only went to Great Clips, and other chain (I say this loosely) salons. She didn't think it was necessary to have a regular stylist that you get to know, and that gets to know you and your hair was important-until she met Tracy and had her do her hair a couple times. She is a true believer now, and will not let anyone else touch her hair! Tracy is a magician, understanding what is best for your hair, and bringing out the best in your hair.

My experience with Tracy was nothing short of incredible. Her service was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully done.
