Shanna is always amazing! I have been seeing her for about 25 years. I'm always happy with her haircuts. They grow out beautifully where friends think I got a new haircut. She listens and understands what you want in a cut. Her hair wash/massages are the best. She's so easy to talk to and get to know.

I was seriously overdue for a haircut and I'm so glad I chose Adrian when I finally decided to book one. All of their infirmation and instructions on booking, location, etc., really helped with my neurodivergent anxiety. When I got there they took the time to talk with me about what I wanted done and they checked with me on length after the initial cuts. They also confirmed my selections from the pre-appointment form (fidget toys & low scent). It was an overall wonderful experience with a thoughtful, conscientious stylist, and I love the cut itself too. A++ experience.

Adrian was amazing! My partner had not had a proper haircut since 2019. He has never liked a haircut, today was the first time he not only enjoyed the experience but left LOVING his transformation cut. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I love Shanna! This is such a chill place. Shanna is solid gold. Cuts hair quick and with confidence. I love that you don’t have to worry about upselling at TX Willow! You go in, get your haircut and you’re done! And she’s quick too!! Love that.

Fantastic! Extremely kind appointment with a lot of consideration given to various needs of the patron. Super disability ansld queer friendly space, I really enjoyed it. Also very nice haircut, I love how it looks and feels!

Kim is a true pro. My hair is tough. After moving to Austin area in 2006, it took me a few years and not-great haircuts to find her. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

Adrian is the best hair dresser or barber I’ve ever been to. They are the only person that’s ever cut my hair so that it looks good the day I walk out of their shop; no need to wait a week or two to grow out. We recently moved from Austin to VA, and every time we’re back in town I’m going to go to Adrian for a cut. Do yourself a favor and get a cut by them.

Adrian was amazing! This was the most relaxed and comfortable I’ve been during a haircut ever— plus my haircut is all I could ever wish for. A safe and supportive space for everyone. Adrian is just an amazing person who does amazing haircuts.

I had a great experience! Adrian is super accommodating in terms of sensory needs, which have always caused haircuts to be overwhelming for me. They also did a great job listening to what I wanted and communicating throughout the haircut to make sure I was pleased with the results.
