It was my first time with Taylor but won't be my last. I loved my new haircut and blow dry. Taylor was lovely, friendly and welcoming with good advise. I'm so pleased I booked with her.

Charisse is honestly the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to! She’s so lovely and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome every time. I always come out feeling amazing and so happy with my hair. She takes her time, really listens to what I want, and gets it right every time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🥰

Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%

Taylor is a fantastic girl, she’s so friendly, takes time to listen to what you like / dislike about your hair, happily makes suggestions and then just gets on with it! Her prices are great, around half the price of the hairdresser I previously went to. I know Taylor has worked really hard to get to this point, she is professional and committed and I hope she continues to flourish doing what she clearly loves.

Absolutely brilliant service, my wee Vader is an old man at 15years and he only has one eye, he looks amazing and has a spring in his tail after his haircut. Great service and attention to detail, spotless venue with welcoming staff

Lila is just exceptional she cuts my Westie beautifully once he has had his haircut he’s always so handsomely finished. She is so kind with my 15 year old Westie and it would be really hard to trust anyone else. Pauline & Robbie

First time visiting Serenity in Wishaw and I had a very positive experience. Lauren did my toenails with gel Polish in a lovely bright, relaxing room. Great selection of colours to choose from and I'm delighted with the finish. Would highly recommend Serenity for all your beauty and hair treatments.

Taylor is a great and knowledgable hairdresser. She has really help me get my damaged hair back to good health. Enjoy and look forward to my visit every time. Also had hair extensions fitted that were beautiful and fitted professionally.
