I originally went in with a natural “mallard streak” fully giving confused duck and Shelby somehow made it blend in beautifully. What used to scream “what’s going on there then?” now whispers “effortless, expensive, intentional.” No harsh lines, no drama, just ridiculously good colour. Shelby doesn’t fight your hair, she negotiates with it… and wins. Genuinely talented and lovely soul 🤍
