I have been coming to Kelsey now since May 2025 and her professionalism is second to none! When I was looking at extensionists, many would shy away from vivid semi-permanent colours, however Kelsey has been more than accommodating. I am still having the same hair refitted and there is no reduction in quality or thickness, looking just as new as when I initially had them done. Couldn’t recommend anyone else, she is a gem!

Cannot recommend Valentina Extensions enough! First appointment was about 5 years ago so I could add volume and length for my wedding and have been hooked ever since. I get so many compliments about my hair and everyone is always shocked when I say I have extensions! Kelsey is incredible ♥️

I have been coming to Kelsey for almost 5 years now and I genuinely would not trust anyone else with my extensions, they are always perfect and I leave every appointment with the best hair. I’m always looking forward to my refits for a nice relax and a good catchup, can’t recommend Kelsey enough!

Amazing service (Cut and Blow dry). Emily really listens to what you want and takes time to check in and talk you through the process. It's so lovely having a 1-1 service too, so personal! Always with a cuppa and a biscuit too.

Absolutely exceptional quality. My hair looks exactly how I want it to every time it’s done, and I find it lasts very long, as long as you keep on top with maintenance. The blend is spot on and the texture is incredible. I won’t go anywhere else!

Emily is an expert in everything she does, from colour to product advice. She knows my hair (thick, wavy and stubborn) and the cut is always spot on. Visiting is always a pleasure xxx
