Marie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, gave thoughtful advice on hair care and growth, and explained everything clearly. My haircut was exactly what I needed, and she also put together a structured hair care treatment plan focused on healthy growth. I felt genuinely cared for and understood throughout the entire appointment. I’ve officially found my new hairdresser. highly recommend Marie!

This was first appointment having colour to my hair. I have been going to the same hairdresser for the past 30 years and since moving to Peterborough had the difficult task of finding a 5 star salon to match my old salon. I was quite nervous but I needn’t have worried, not only did Steadman & Co match my old salon but exceeded my expectations. I won’t be going anywhere else, I’m now here to stay. Great salon, great people and great atmosphere. I will go as far to say probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had

Having travelled to Peterborough for a wedding, we booked Elam for occasion hair, we were greeted by two very lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They were able to create lovely hairstyles for us both based on pictures we showed them. We had compliments from everyone at the wedding saying how beautiful the hairstyles were. Thank you from both of us. We would highly recommend Elam hair studio.

As usual. Always entertained. Always come away with a good look, Always enjoy the craic. Costs are going up for most folk but this is one piece of rare quality in the scruffy mess in Peterborough today.

I had a fantastic experience getting my haircut. The stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered great advice, and delivered a cut that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was excellent, and the whole appointment was friendly, professional, and relaxing. I'm really happy with the result and have already received lots of compliments. Going to Elam is always a treat: the pampering, the drinks, the music, the vibes, the RESULTS! Diana is incredible and I trust her 100% with my hair. You know you have an incredible and professional stylist when she encourages you to space out your color visits a bit more to preserve the health of your hair!

Having had a mobile hairdresser for a very long time I was quite nervous about going to a salon to be honest. I walked into Blades and Glory and it was like I’d been going there forever! I loved it ❤️ My hair looks amazing and I’m so excited to be going back in a couple of weeks to have some colour put into my white hair. Thank you guys for making my appointment so enjoyable- and for a fabulous haircut.

Lindsey has taken care of my hair for 3 years - after my mum died suddenly who had always been my hairdresser. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She has taken the time to get to know my hair, the way it naturally grows and what it can / can’t take and how it suits my face the best. Thank you! I always feel a renewed woman when I leave you 🤩

My appointment was rescheduled last minute. Received a text instead of a phone call. Apart for that, the staff seems to know their stuff. The local is spacious and clean. It's so good to have this new salon in Peterborough, simply dedicated to Afro Hair. I will be returning
