AMBER IS AMAZING. I am a regular client of ambers and i genuinely trust her with my life! she is the most amazing hairdresser EVER! she makes you feel so comfortable, welcome and completely at ease. She’s so friendly, lovely and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment such a nice experience. She always listens to what I want and always makes me leave feeling amazing and so happy with my hair! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I was a little unsure at first because I’d never been to the salon before but I will 100% be back again. First time in a long time that the stylist actually did as I asked. Emy was so thorough, did not rush and I absolutely love my hair. Best cut I’ve had in years. Thank you! x

I went for a booking for to have hilights the stylist was so lovely my hair was dry broken they gave me a lovely treatment on my hair this salon very beautiful and lovely boss and stylist they did my hair lovely ado friendly and I had a lovely Turkish coffee thank u very much and back again thank u kay

Lili is very professional. Always on time and does the best BIAB Nails in Chingford. I prefer her one to one service any day to the high street shops. Her Spotify selection is also always on point 🥰
