Perfect as always. Such a calm, relaxing environment where the staff are always so friendly. Natalie is a very professional stylist and always listens to my requests, and she knows my hair so well. Will never NOT give 5 stars! Only came in for a dry trim that took 15 minutes and managed to have a catch up on the latest with James AND walk out with a gorgeous haircut. James never fails to be my favourite hair stylist and he truly has a customer for life! <3

I just left Alisha's chair and I feel like a million dollars! I went in for a blow-dry and wanted it curled and she absolutely nailed it. My hair feels incredibly clean and soft, and the curls are perfectly bouncy and polished—exactly the look I was going for. Thank you for always delivering! Alisha has such a great eye for detail and made the whole experience so relaxing. If you want a stylist who really knows how to give you that perfect, long-lasting finish, she is the one to see. I’ll definitely be back
