Walking into a new salon has always been very daunting and then trusting someone with your hair…well…I was welcomed with a smile and no judgemental eyes. Lucy was lovely and did a great job with my haircut and making sure to consult with the senior stylist if she was unsure. I felt poorly and was very well looked after. I was booked back in to finish my fringe trim with Cameron who took his time and made sure I was happy. Thanks everyone.

I had a fab consultation to address issues with a home colour disaster and an awful haircut at another salon. Im so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of my stylist. She was very thorough and managed my expectations for my hair journey back to its former colour and condition. I had a chelating treatment in readiness for my first round of colour correcting followed by a hair trim to trim to put some style back in my barnet. I learned some new blow drying techniques and was given advice on replacing my brushes. Can not wait for first appointment.

My first time visiting this salon, I loved the vibe of the space, very welcoming and fresh - Thia was my stylist for the appointment and she was very nice and let me know each step what she was going to be doing - my hair feels so much healthier after a well needed visit. Last time I got my hair done was over a year ago 😅🫣

This was my third visit to the Watt salon with stylist Myah. As always Myah did a perfect job with my hair and I left the salon feeling amazing! I definitely recommend the Watt salon - the staff are all very friendly, talented, and it is clear they love their craft.

It was the perfect haircut. Cameron listened to what I wanted and executed a wonderful precision cut which means I can just wash my hair and go without needing to use a hairdryer. It just falls into place! I cannot recommend him enough.

Great salon, friendly staff, and it's had a recent makeover, too. Cameron, my stylist, is a lovely person and a superb professional. I'd highly recommend him! You can buy Olaplex products here, which is a bonus.

I went for a consultation as I fancy a change. The stylist listened to my views. They provided useful, professional advice on how to achieve my new look. Plus there was no pressure to actually change anything if I felt uncomfortable. I have decided to.go for it based on the stylists views, the fact they listened to me and I trust them. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been having my hair coloured at the Watt for 9 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I trust Jaymz implicitly. He always listens & gives brilliant advice, my hair always looks amazing when he’s finished! I couldn’t recommend the Watt more, it’s the best hair salon I’ve ever been to!

Myah is AMAZING in every way! She always knows what colours/styles will look good and genuinely cares about not impacting the health of your hair. She’s also super easy and comfortable to chat with while she does your hair! I never used to see a hairdresser before Myah because I didn’t feel I really trusted anyone with my hair, but I have 0 regrets or anxiety putting my hair in her hands! 💖💖💖💖💖
