First time I've had a haircut here. Amber was lovely, very attentive and made me feel very welcome. Her attention to detail was second to none, and she made sure at every stage that I was happy with the haircut. She was lovely to chat to, very friendly, and I am thrilled with the cut. Today was my first visit to the Auburn Hair & Beauty and I am very happy with my new hair cut. My stylist was Amber, lovely and skillful yang lady who listened and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. Had the best haircut by Amber today. I have really thick hair and she has cut it so well that it can be left to dry or styled and looks good either way. She was so friendly and really took her time to make sure it was what I wanted. Will definitely be going back to see Amber again. Wonderful stylist.

Abbie is great, not afraid to cut hair, did it just how I wanted. She needs to higher than a stylist grade, as she is a better, more experienced hairdresser than others in the salon with higher status.
