I am greatly satisfied as a new customer. I was a bit nervous as it is not my usual place and my hairstyle (cut+color) is a bit more on the complexe side but Julie did an amazing job capturing what I wanted. Other staff members were really nice as well.

BRILLIANT!!!! FOR years and years I have wanted bob length, healthy sleek looking hair and TODAY IT HAPPENED! At last I put all my trust in Julie and by heaven's did she deliver. I was brought to tears I was so overwhelmed and grateful. Thank you Julie for being my hairdresser and so patiently looked after my hair. Julie is AMAZING! Julie rescued my hair days before my wedding after another hair salon completely and utterly messed it up. Julie is incredible at what she does and I've never been so happy with my hair! Her knowledge is second to none. I'll continue to drive two hours to have my hair done by Julie because I know I'm in safe hands. Thanks for saving the day!

Always a delight to visit chop & change, I was brave today and had a bold new colour by Lucie, thank you Lucie I absolutely love it. I’m so very grateful that Julie could fit my son in at such short notice as he wanted his hair cut by a professional stylist and not a barber for pending interview he had. He was so happy with the cut that he has decided that Julie is the only person who is going to cut his hair in future.
