I had my hair cut and coloured by Clare, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is a fantastic hairdresser—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and made sure I was completely happy every step of the way. The colour is perfect, and the cut feels fresh and stylish. I’ve had so many compliments already! Highly recommend Clare if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes you feel great in the process.

This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. After jumping from one hairdresser to the next for years, I've finally found my regular 'go to' hairdresser!

Fantastic hairdresser who offers a friendly and professional consultative service. It was very refreshing to have a consultation before my first hair appointment and I truly felt that Paul really listened to me telling him about my hair & its needs, my routine and expectations. I was then able to easily book my appointment at a suitable time. Paul gave me a fantastic hair cut that is very manageable and looks great. I would highly recommend you visit P&J Palmer for your next haircut!

Most loveliest hairdresser I’ve met, she did my hair to how I want it but also in a professional way so my hair isn’t damaged and was honest about tones that wouldn’t suit me and I absolutely loved the end results.

Claire is a hairdresser that actually listens to her client, also advises her client to achieve the perfect haircut. Good consultation before hand. I'm pretty particular about my hair and after my hairdresser of 15 years changing jobs, I've struggled to find somewhere I feel comfortable. I explained to Megan at the start about my previous cuts & experiences, and that this was my first curly cut. I felt heard when I explained my curly pattern, understood and trusted when I asked for a disconnected cut with plenty of length taken off, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person! From the moment I walked in the shop, Chloe gave me confidence in her ability, with her professional and knowledgeable approach. I am very fussy regarding my hair, but had absolutely faith in Chloe. Literally the best hair dresser we’ve ever been to! Myself and my daughter now have the most amazing blonde hair in exactly the colour we wanted it and heather new exactly how long to leave the low per cent bleach on unlike our old hairdresser who left us with white hair!!!

This was my first appointment & I had an amazing experience today, my hair needed a colour correction (not originally done by Clare or anyone at Lucie King) and Clare reassured me that she would do all she could to make me feel confident in my hair again. Clare mentioned it might need to be a process but the result I have had today, I couldn’t be happier. My hair looks unbelievable, I absolutely love it and I feel like me again.
