This salon is always a pleasure the stylists are always amazing the girl who cut my hair did an amazing job, I think it was Emily anyway, this is my third time as the salon first haircut others were colour services but they are great highly recommend. I have curly thick hair and I was a little nervous getting a hair cut at a normal salon instead of a curly specialist and it did not disappoint my stylist knew exactly how to cut the hair and style it didn’t disappoint I will definitely be returning for my next hair cuts.

I had such a wonderful experience with Amy at Mane West Salon in Stittsville! She transformed my washed-out blonde into the most beautiful, rich dimensional brunette, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The colour is vibrant, natural, and full of depth, and my hair looks incredibly healthy and shiny. Amy also gave me a fantastic haircut with so much movement, it feels lighter, looks fuller, and styles beautifully. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. And I have to mention the scalp massage! Amazing!

As a former hairstylist who has been out of the industry for about 10 years, I am extremely picky about how my hair is cut and colored. Jacquelyn cuts and colors hair beautifully. She makes you feel at home right from the moment you step foot into the salon. She is so kind and attentive. Just a truly lovely human. I’m very pleased with my recent experience at Mane West! Kaitlyn was attentive from the start, making scheduling easy and very accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and loved the salon’s inviting vibe in their new location! My stylist, Amy understood my vision for a balayage and added warm caramel tones with a subtle technique that blended perfectly with my dark brown hair; exactly what I was looking for! Upstairs, Keira was informative and did a fantastic job on brown waxing any tinting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Our stylist was so patient and trimmed my 5 year old daughter’s hair 3 times to her liking! Thank you for your kindness and patience. We noticed others with drinks but none were offered to us.

I had a great experience with Jacquelynn—she made the consultation feel open and pressure-free, and I felt comfortable saying no to ideas that weren’t quite me. I left genuinely loving my cut, especially because it kept the length I wanted (for once, no post-cut regret!). It had been well over a year since my last haircut, but after this visit, I’ve already rebooked for a few months out.

We went for a kids cut and it was the perfect first haircut for my four year old daughter. Tori provided a pink girly drape, a booster seat, was sooo gentle with my daughter, provided a lock of hair for us to keep, and toys from a toy chest! Easy to say my daughter now loves getting her hair cut!

Courtney is an absolute master at creating the perfect hair colour. I can't sing her praises enough. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had and I have had many stylists over the decades. Through her skill, talent and experience, she creates sheer magic. When I go to her salon I know that I am in good hands. She is so hard working, dedicated to her craft and devoted to her clients.
