Kathryn was great but I did not have a good experience with an apprentice washing my hair, it seemed like she didn’t know how to wash hair die out and she didn’t talk at all about water temperature etc. nothing! then a young hairdresser couldn’t curl my fringe and the manager of the salon had to take over. The hand over from one person to another is not the best experience due to inconsistency in service.

I had previously attended this salon with mixer experiences, the owners have changed hand many times. Today I had appointments for my two sons, aged 4 and 6 and the hairdresser was great very patient when my boys were fidgety. I also had a haircut which was great the hairdresser was very knowledgeable with hair types and had excellent recommendations. Very good experience will definitely be back 😊

Running on time, super friendly & engaging staff, great refreshment tray, no hard sell and a wonderfully relaxing scalp massage. Really happy with my daughter and my own haircuts and blow-drys. The second time I've been there since new to the area. Have rebooked for a 3rd visit.

Amazing experience. I can feel good vibe as soon as i walk in. That for me is big thing, big smiles from everyone not a fake ( I can sense if it’s put on smile ). Apologies in advance if forgot names of the beautiful ladies who look after me I am sure in due time I will remember you all 😀. You are all so amazing and lovely you. And now I found my hairdresser. Paige was a godsend after a botch balayage at another hairdresser which literally had my hair looking synged and very unhealthy she was able to cut it , treat it and make my hair look 100% better than it did when I entered . So grateful for your work today . Thank you 😊

5 stars is not enough for the service from Gabby, she truly is an exceptional hairdresser, therapist, comedian & all the other hats she wears while working. I thought I needed a divorce but it turns out I just needed to get my hair done more often 🫶 Thanks Gabby!!
