Welcoming salon, friendly staff. Good eyebrow threading and tint. Hairdresser did a great job with colour (toner) and trim but I asked for a blowdry and was offered a ‘special blow dry’ which turned out to be a curling iron = extra charge. They also tried to charge me for a full cut instead of a trim so take care at the till. Good salon overall if you’re staying at/ near the hotel.

Maria, Emma and Madina K did a fantastic job, as always. Also kudos to Aiza. She is an amazing admin / receptionist. Always pleasant, professional and very friendly. Love your salon for amazing service and big smiles from the heart unlike other place where the team works with “plastic, robotic” faces. Everyone does their job from the heart and as I client I feel it.

Best service ever! Wassim is a magician with hair styles and colour. I also had a manicure and it was truly the best one I have had. All the staff are very professional and accommodating. I couldn't recommend the salon more!
