It’s always hard to find a good barber; especially when you have a history of bad haircuts. My wife and I are in town for a photo shoot this week and I was doing some extensive research before even arriving in Portland for a barber I felt would be a good fit. After doing some good research of several places, I landed on Marcos at Throne and I couldn’t be happier! He was quick but very detailed oriented. He gave me exactly what I asked for and I am super pleased with the results! I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Portland!

Bobby consistently gives me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He really pays attention and is very thorough. Also such a nice guy. The space is super clean and professional. Best in Portland for me.

Jillian was the literal BEST. I've always said to my barber (whomever that might be) "you're the expert, can I hear what you think/recommend?" and for the first time in my adult life, she did!!! Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she also gave me what I consider the best cut I've ever had in almost 9 years living in Portland. 11 out of 10! Highly recommend!

I have been to ALOT of barbers in Portland and the surrounding area. Shauna is the only one that has lived up to my high expectations of what a barber entails. I won’t let anyone else touch my beard. She’s also a great person and I always have an amazing g exsperiance everytime I go. I couldn’t be happier.

Shawna is an artist that has Mastered her craft. There us an abundance of decent barbers in Portland, but Shawna is one of the few experts in town. I don't think Shawna truly knows how awesome she is, because she is still humble, approachable, and not an egomaniac.

Throne is the best haircut experience in Portland.

Kaikoa did an amazing job cutting my hair, giving me a fade and lining up my beard. Best barber I’ve had the pleasure of working with with in Portland! Highly recommend champions barbering institute 👍
