Missy started my appointment with a scalp and hair assessment to understand my concerns—whether buildup, tension, or just general fatigue. Treatment included a Japanese-style head spa approach, which involves cleansing, exfoliation of the scalp, massage, and treatment masks. After the treatment my scalp feels cleaner, lighter, and much more relaxed! I also fully enjoyed the facial with my vitamin C mask. My skin feels much better since then.

Had a great experience today working with Bryce. He makes you feel confident and is easy to talk to when discussing goals, etc. He does a nice job changing the exercise routine to keep it new and challenging but also ensuring it is something that works with my schedule. I appreciate his approach when I need some accountability checks too.

Missy had so much scientific knowledge to share and help me understand my scalp and the things that are good and bad for it! She filled me with so many tips and we have created a great plan moving forward and she genuinely has each persons scalp health in her best interest. She is here to educate and that’s exactly what she did. The environment was tranquil and calming, it was so inviting and it was an over all great experience!

I’ve been working with Bryce for a while now. I enjoy the workouts and the education. Today he helped to find ways to modify exercises to make them more comfortable for an arm injury that I have. He also listened to me and together we came up with a plan for both nutrition and exercise that would work with my altered schedule for this coming month. Thanks Bryce!

I booked a head-spa for myself and my teen daughter. If I could give 100 stars I would. Just so soothing and relaxing, my daughter kept saying how reviving this was for her! My scalp feels so much better; more clean and like it can breathe. The space was very clean and made us both feel very comfortable. We will absolutely be back!
