Annalise was a star as always. But... I had an appointment at 12.30 and my daughter made one for herself for 11.30. Someone rang me and asked if we're related, so I said yes, and I was told that we can both come in at 11.30. I was sat there on my own until my daughters hair was done. I am confused as to why I was told that we can come in at the same time. I just presumed that we'd be done together and another stylist doing one of us. I wished I'd just kept to my 12.30 appointment as I had a million other things I should have been doing as we was going away that afternoon.

I'm very happy with the lash and brow lift. Lady who did it (can't remember the name: Farah maybe) did a great job, can't compare to anyone in Warrington. Thanks One thing was not right: you was very busy today and my booked appointment was late. I was apologised but any coffe or tea should be available for customers.

I’m so pleased I’ve found Vicki, after 33 years with the same hairdresser I took the plunge to find someone more local that I could trust and I have 😃 From the initial consultation right through to the end Vicki was amazing. She put me at ease and really listened to what I liked and offered useful advice and suggestions. She is so knowledgeable and professional with great customer care. The whole experience of highlights, root colour, toner, hair treatment, cut and blow dry was so relaxing with great conversation. I am delighted with my hair and have happily found my new hairdresser Vicki 😊

I have my hair done here and highly rate and recommend Julie. The service is professional, bespoke, and so friendly. I brought my 2 year old son to her after he had a traumatic experience at a kids salon. She was so patient with him as he slowly settled into his haircut. This has given him a much more tolerable experience I know will help each haircut going forward. We are very grateful for Julie's care and kindness with him ❤️

My hairdresser, Sunnie is amazing—friendly, professional, and truly talented. I always feel relaxed during my visits, and the results speak for themselves. My son also loves getting his haircut and perm there, which says a lot! We leave feeling confident and happy with our hairstyles. Highly recommend!

Vicki is and amazing hairdresser, she has so much knowledge and professionalism. I've been going to Vicki the past few years and she has completely transformed my hair from black box dye to the healthy and glory hair that it is now. After every appointment I always get compliments on how lovely the colour of my hair is. Vicki is so friendly, approachable and supportive. She really listens to your concerns and wants and works hard to get you to your vision. I'm so glad I've been able to follow her to her new salon and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I had an amazing experience at Jin Salon! I got a hair wash, haircut, coloring, and ionic straightening done, and I’m really happy with the results. My stylist, Sunnie, was incredibly attentive and took the time to really understand what I wanted. She gave thoughtful suggestions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I could tell she truly cares about each client’s needs. The whole salon has a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The service was professional and detailed from start to finish. I absolutely love my new look and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

Just had a lovely haircut by Julie and I’m so happy with the result! She really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions to suit my hair.
