I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

My experience was great, the hair salon was very clean and tidy, I was offered refreshments which was lovely. My hairdresser was called Sam and she did a wonderful job, I would definitely use this salon again as the price was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Alex reached out to me following from my appointment booking. She was attentive and supportive about my decision to go from a box dye to something I feel comfortable with - she talked me through the process and gave me options. I’m looking forward to the process over a course of time but she made me feel at ease and was easy to talk to - ready for the next step!

We went for a first time haircut for my 18 month old. Sam was very patient and accommodating for a little boy who'd never experienced this before! Thank you for getting him looking less like a mad scientist and more like a little gent! We love his certificate and keepsake hairlock too!

I took my 3 year old in for a hair trim and Janet, who cut her hair was great. She was really patient and complimentary towards my daughter and she did a wonderful job with the haircut itself considering how my daughter would not sit still for long. We will definitely be coming again.
