My bestie and I had an truly amazing treatment if Hair Botox today and we were absolutely over the moon with the results!! I have the biggest, thickest and unruly mop of hair and it's tamed it beyond belief!! It's smooth, so soft and ridiculously shiny!! I TOTALLY recommend this and Heidi, as ever was absolutely outstanding. You'd be hard pushed to find a better hairdresser 💜💜

What a lovely to spend a few hours at the hairdressers. Comfortable surroundings , knowledgeable and chatty hairdresser and a cut and colouring that I love ..If you need an extremely competent hairdresser then maybe you should try Sarah ...I thank god that I found her .. I am certainly looking forward to many more Saturdays having my hair done in the future with her ..Happy me 😊

Sarah is a hairdresser that knows the meaning of “just a trim please” Second visit to Sarah and again my hair is exactly what I asked for. Now adding my favourite hair conditioner Olaplex with my favourite hair colour I am extremely happy

My 2 besties n I had a hour in the jacuzzi, steam n sauna room which was an added bonus finding out we had it to ourselves so was a lovely time talking without worrying about other people. Then we each had a treatment, I had the Lava shells n it was amazing too we all came away from our different treatments relaxed which was helped by the kind n friendly staff Amy n Sarah. My husband n I stay at the Yarrow hotel a few times a year as one of my besties lives down in Broadstairs and as it was my 1st time in the spa area it definitely won’t be my last xx

Had an eyebrow tint with sherelle today. A great experience, a lovely lady. Then had a tint test with Zoe. Again, a lovely stylist and was very helpful with suggestions about my upcoming colour appointment. Thank you both 😊😊

Had my first appointment here with the wonderful Jess. I was made to feel very welcome. Hair wash was lovely and my hair is so very soft. Jess understood what I wanted and I am very pleased with my haircut. Jess is super friendly and I've already rebooked my next appointment.

From the moment I met Sarah I felt at ease. I had the Japanese Head Spa treatment and it was incredible. I felt so relaxed and pampered from head to toe. The Orange scent was refreshingly subtle and I left feeling like I was walking on clouds! I would highly recommend Sarah and this treatment. So get yourself booked, you won’t be disappointed.
