Excellent haircut, lovely atmosphere, and they use amazing smelling hair products. I also find the value is excellent, especially in otherwise overpriced Kelowna.

What a great place. Ive been to so many so called high end salons in kelowna. So many are locally trained, never been anywhere els3, think they are the best ... when in fact they are NOT good. Yet at crimson , salon full of highly educated high trained stylists with zero ZERO ego. I finally have colored hair with no damage. Actually im grey blending, I've tried 4 times to grey blending at other salons but they had no clue what they were doing. I book with Roxy. What a relief she is ! My hair is healthy and gets compliments a few times a week. Us girls know, a hair compliment changes our day !

I decided to visit Crimson due to their videos on KelownaNow. I wasn't disappointed. I have curly hair, and Paris made sure I understood how different cutting methods would affect my cut and style. I am very pleased with the results, and will return for some coloring magic soon.

Wow! I came across Tara at Crimson and what a find! Totally ‘got’ me from a previous 20 minute consultation. I had various experiences since moving to Kelowna 5 years ago. A few awful. Mostly just OK. Tara gave me a full set of foils, toner, and cut. I wanted and got ice ice baby. Feel like a million bucks. I floated out the salon. Thank you Tara! You are incredibly talented and your salon vibe so relaxed. Shout out to Alesha - wonderful front of house. So knowledgable and super fun! This salon fully deserves the awards and recognition it has achieved. 100%

I have had issues with stylists cutting my hair. I have long thick hair and everytime I get it cut stylists end up cutting too much off or thinning it. After my first appt with NJ I was amazed. He listened to what I wanted and I came out with an incredible haircut. I have tried many salons in kelowna, NJ is far above the rest. Thank you NJ

I was completely blown out when Lorien absolutely nailed the colour style I been waiting to have for a long time especially since I came with a few weeks freshly jet black dye due to a screw up at my appointment with the stylist I been seeing. I started to realize I really wasn’t satisfied with my hair now & wasn’t feeling like myself! Lorien brought that feeling back & I finally have the colour style I been wanting 😍I also had fun & really enjoyed our conversations that we had☺️I’m so excited to hopefully have her as my stylist from now on!!!🥰🫶❤️

Victoria does a marvelous job with my hair, washing, trimming and drying. It's such a treat to go there and not have smells of colour. So grateful they are in Kelowna!

I found NJ Organics and Victoria online a few months ago, and I’ve genuinely looked forward to every appointment since. Victoria has incredible knowledge of hair, organic hair care, and healthy hair practices. Having mixed/coily hair, she’s given me amazing tips for managing my hair and preventing dryness and damage. Her happy, passionate spirit makes every appointment enjoyable. I’ve had color and curly treatments done by her and completely trust her with my hair. Already planning my next highlights appointment. I recommend Victoria 120%!

Loved it, this was my first time here, NJ immediately made me feel comfortable. Always thought my hair would be difficult to work with (since its both fine, thin and curly) but he did an amazing job, Would definitely comeback next time I need a haircut!

Lorien was excellent today (as always)! I am happy to say that I finally love my hairdresser and have never truly been able to say that before in my life! We did express foils with a money piece to fit my wishes and budget! Super happy with the result and so is hubby :) thanks again, Lorien!

Saw Lorien for my first haircut since moving to Kelowna. Finding a new stylist can always be a bit nerve racking but Lorien was very friendly and welcoming right from the start. She listened to what I wanted and also gave her professional input. I had a great experience at my appointment and am very happy with my cut!
