Rachel was absolutely lovely—she made me feel super comfortable, took the time to chat through what would suit me, and gave me a cut I genuinely love. For a first haircut, I was a bit nervous, but the vibe of the salon was warm and relaxed, which really helped. Thanks Rachel for making it such a great experience... definitely coming back!
