If I could give Hannah 11/10 stars, I would! She is an incredible hairdresser who exceeds my expectations every single time while always prioritising the health of my hair. I leave every appointment absolutely obsessed with the results! Beyond her talent, Hannah is one of the warmest, friendliest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Her service is truly next level, the salon is beautiful, and every visit is an amazing experience. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Caitlyn was my hairdresser and was absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight off the cuff. I don't normally get my hair done. Attention to detail and was a relaxing shampoo and blowdry.

I just had a wash and trim. The wash and head massage was lovely and the hairdresser understood what I wanted and delivered it professionally and quickly. I am very happy with the outcome.

Its always a great result coming to GEMS. A half head of foils and a gorgeous toner has uplifted my hair and corrected my amateurish home dye job. Thank you Gems, especially Trish who cut and coloured my hair.
