Maria listened to my concerns regarding some previous haircuts elsewhere, which had left me feeling unhappy. Maria talked through what she would like to achieve and asked my opinion throughout. The root colour is good, though some colour left around my hairline after washing . The wash and massage were great and my haircut is looking really good so far, will see how it goes for me styling it. I am very happy with the care taken and the professional friendly service .

Today, Addy was on time, cheery and friendly. She understood exactly what I wanted. We had great conversation and lots of laughing. Complaint #1 My head massage went too quick. Complaint #2 my face was covered in hair dye. I have no other complaints. Hahaha seriously, I always love coming and have my hair done with Addy. She helps me feel young again. Love you Addy. Xox

Over the past month I have twice needed a special hair experience. For each occasion I visited Gingerbelle and was treated by two different stylists (Hayley & Taylor). On each visit, I was warmly greeted and my appointment was on time. As my hair can be very "strong" and difficult to style, I was impressed with the attention to detail and ideas suggested by each stylist. As an outdoors, active client, I was further impressed as my hair retained their styling for several days later. Happy to recommend Gingerbelle .

I've been going to Gingerbelles for years. Loe is absolutely fantastic, kind, loving and leads her team with kindness and compassion. I always walk out of the salon so happy. I love this hairdressers! Being able to slot my daughter in today with my because of her box hair dye botch job at home and Alana worked her magic to fix her hair to perfection. I love the teamwork amongst the staff to make sure all clients needs a met. The only downside to today's visit was Mia who hovered over us, had no filter to what she said to us, and I could clearly see she was bothering the other busy staff way too much. Both my daughter and I felt very awkward with her around.
