For my birthday I decided to book the spa package that included an infrared sauna session, body scrub, facial and massage. It was wonderful. The staff is really kind and welcoming. The salon has a very relaxing vibe and it is kept extremely clean. This is my second spa service here and I will be back.

Today was my first massage and I must say Stephanie gave me the best massage I have ever had. She also talks with you and checks to make sure you’re doing okay. I am so glad my doctor referred me to Le Physique and I will do the same if I am asked about a place. She is a sweetheart and you can tell she really cares about people and she also gives a lot of compliments my head was getting so big during my massage like yes sis sice me up lol

I've had pain in my lower back and down my legs for over a month. I tried PT, acupuncture and a chiropractor to no avail. I asked Karla if she could work on these areas. One day after the massage, I was completely pain free. --Thank you, Karla!
