Spa is beautiful and clean. She definitely worked my muscles but I was very sore for several days after. I guess I was expecting more of a relaxing massage where I could almost fall asleep. This was more like a sports massage and deep tissue, which I wasn't expecting.

I knew I needed this massage but didn’t realize how bad I needed it. My masseuse did an amazing job getting the knots, best massage ever. I came out feeling like a whole new person. Second time coming and I will continue to come back

Wonderful, she had an excellent sense of where I really needed work done but was also sensitive to my comfort level. Excellent massage! I signed up for the membership because it was a great experience overall.

This wellness Med Spa is the greatest with a multitude of therapies. The med treatments and membership can be reported on your taxes because it is a Med Spa. It is worth every penny and pricing is extraordinarily fair as the owners Jann and Maurice believe all should have access. They do lymphatic massages, hyperbaric chambers, IR therapy, endermology and it goes on from there. I have been a member for almost 8 years. They also do personal training and you can be a member and buy a package with all included! Warning: they are not sales peopls so you have to ask about what they offer!

I recently had the most amazing HydraFacial experience with Nava. The HydraFacial itself was incredible. Nava was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment felt both relaxing and effective. Hands down the most amazing experience!!!! The best spa in north county!!! I had 90min body work massage with cupping and Eminence organic glow facial. Serenity Retreat and Spa exceeded my expectations and brought me back to life. It’s worth every second. They have sooo many beneficial services you need to try for yourself.

Mary is AMAZING! If you need a lymphatic massage and I'm sure you do. She is fantastic!! Also, she is so funny and smart as well. I went to her with hugely swollen legs, ankles and feet- she is a miracle worker I feel 1000% better. If you want true lasting health go to New U and def ask for Mary!

We had a wonderful couples spa day . The scalp treatment was very relaxing and the chair massages while doing this is great . The 90 minute massage was excellent and a quality massage . The massages also went the full time and were not shorted which is great also . This is a very nice new and clean establishment to get relaxing and healing massages !!! Me and my wife will be back .
