As always, Mitch is great! I tend to walk in with gravel everywhere and certain spots a little more spicy than normal. Mitch always works them out! I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks and ready to tackle my next physical activity pain free.

I came in because I had a knot in my neck and expected it to be like any other massage, but I was pleasantly surprised. The care and attention that went into the session were amazing from start to finish. They didn’t just focus on my neck—they took the time to work through my entire body, targeting areas of tension and discomfort. Qianni did an incredible job getting out all of my knots and aches. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived. Highly recommend!

Don’t be mistaken, you are coming here to do WORK. It doesn’t feel great in the moment but the results are so so worth it. I used to feel like I had hot knives under my shoulder blades, Mitch keeps those at bay. As I’ve started working out and running more my muscles have gotten tight, my knee has a niggle, my elbow gets sore. Mitch works out the kinks. Although it isn’t a relaxing massage, I won’t miss my bi-weekly appointments, my body won’t forgive me if I do.

Hands down the best and most therapeutic massage I get, which is why I have stuck with Mitch for a few years now. It’s not hit or miss with him. He is intuitive to the body’s needs and consistently delivers. I go for deep-tissue/sports massages because I tend to get locked up and tight (largely due to work and my physical activity, but also because I don’t stretch and take care of my body like I probably should). My sessions with him are intense, but the relief I have afterwards is well worth it. Mitch is incredibly personable, too. Highly recommended.

Mitch put me through the wringer. As soon as I got home I slept for three hours and then another 8 at night. I woke up feeling like a brand new person. I was sore but my pain in my back was gone and I felt relaxed for the first time in a long time

Today’s massage was amazing. He has such an intuitive understanding of the body — he found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The pressure was perfect and the whole session felt intentional and healing. I honestly haven’t had a better massage. I’ll definitely be back.
