It was my first time here, and I came in to find the right treatment for my hair type. Sara, the specialist, checked my scalp and recommended the perfect treatment. Jamilah took care of the scrub and treatment — she was so sweet and made sure I felt super relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Then Jane did my blow-dry, and she did such an amazing job! My experience would have been great if only they had a private area for hair examination and consultation, I felt that it was unprofessional discussing my situation in the waiting area in front of other customers. They need more coordination.
