Very good. Sam took a lot of trouble to listen to my symptoms and medical history before making a diagnosis. The massage and acupuncture definitely helped, though more will be required for fuller release from pain.

First sports massage and it was great. Charley makes you feel comfortable but also explains what she’s doing which is informative. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

Charlie was brilliant. I showed her exactly where I had been experiencing pain, and she explained that the muscles at the top and side of my leg were extremely tight. She worked carefully on the area, and the difference was immediate. I left feeling much looser and, for the first time in a while, without pain. She was knowledgeable, reassuring and clearly understood what was causing the problem. I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first visit and I was treated by Ashley. Ashley was very attentive, knowledgeable and explained what my problem was and then set about sorting me out. Ashley explained what he was doing and why as the appointment went on. I was thoroughly impressed by my visit and I booked another visit . Many thanks Melvyn Davies
