A fabulous first appointment with Rae, I was put at ease and she discussed what I was looking for with the appointment, I had picked a hot stone massage. The heated bed was a lovely bonus and Rae is very experienced and clearly has a great passion for her massages, I had a most relaxing massage and have an appointment to go back, Thank you for a fabulous massage

Some of the best money I spend is having a massage off Emma, she knows her stuff, I had next to no flexibility in my hip area, but by George she gave me back my flexibility. Always highly recommend Emma, for massages and her PT sessions and all her classes.

Excellent service again from Emma. Knows exactly what’s she’s doing. So friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t thank her enough. After a mixture of massage and acupuncture I am totally pain free. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely amazing session. I've been going to Emma for back massages for a few years and always feel so much better afterwards. This time I went about a stiff neck which was giving me a very bad headache. Emma used acupuncture and it sorted out the stiffness and the headache in one go - amazing 😀 thanks Emma

As always Rae is amazing. Nothing is a problem and we have a good chat while she makes my nails look beautiful. Cannot rate Rae enough. Hopefully I will try other treatments as the deep tissue massage and other massages sound amazing. As always, I love my nails x

Really enjoyed my first sports massage, nearly brought tears to my eyes 😆 but after a couple of days my body feels so much looser- went out and did a 16 mile run this morning with ease and feeling great afterwards.

Rae knows exactly what is needed with a massage and adjusts the pressure to what suits, I am comfortable being able to voice my requests and Rae is always most accomodating, and I literally float out of the door

Emma saw me at short notice for shoulder issues and she gave me a thorough massage and released knots I didnt know I had! Already I can feel improvement (which Emma said I would) and I only had the massage this afternoon! Thanks Emma, you've eased a lot of pain in a short period of time. I will be back to see you when needed.
