Holly is such a gifted massage therapist, and with such a naturally beautiful energy. For anyone doing a physical job, regular sessions are a MUST to keep healthy and fit to work. Holly makes this aspect of physical self-care, a real treat for the mind and soul, as well as for the body. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and completely zen. She is also highly attuned to what’s going on in my muscles, without me having to explicate. So every time I go, I am able to relax fully and trust that I’ll leave feeling brand new. Absolute magic. 🪄😌

Brilliant as always. I had a Manicure, Spa Pedicure and a Luxury Facial and wow , what an amazing experience. Thank you Joanna 🙂 left the salon feeling pampered and relaxed. I had my first treatment today with Catherine. I found the venue very relaxing and calm and within half an hour of having my Aromatherapy Massage me aches and pains were gone. Will definitely be visiting again.

I have a full body massage, , soo relaxing, feel so chilled, been going awhile to Catherine, shes brillant!

Booked a full hour massage and asked Holly to sort out my back and shoulders , my goodness it was AMAZING, it was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, I could actually feel the knots in my shoulders being massaged away. Holly is truly professional and friendly and kept asking me if I was okay all the way through the treatment. I felt so relaxed afterwards and cannot wait to return. Booked for a back massage and facial, my first time at Duo and they definitely delivered. A friendly welcome awaited, then into a beautiful, relaxing room….a warm therapy bed, fluffy blankets and drift away music 🎶 The massage was perfection, followed by the most amazing facial which almost sent me to sleep….sorry! The team know exactly what they are doing and I’ve already booked for my return visit. Off home for a small afternoon siesta as feeling so relaxed ☺️

A very relaxing experience with a skilled healer. I have chronic shoulder pain and toni helps me to manage this and always adjusts to my needs. I am very particular about my massage - I like them to be firm and get to the problem. Thankfully, Toni understands me and she always gets it right; highly recommend!

Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

THE best massage I've had! I have a lot of trouble with pain in my shoulders and go for massages quite often to try help ease it, but nothing seems to ever totally work. But Catherine listened to exactly what I was experiencing and worked her magic, and I've never felt better! Will 100% be rebooking and recommending to friends and family
