I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. I had the Japanese Head Spa Sakura Discovery Ritual today, and it was the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever experienced. The whole experience was incredible — so calming, and my hair feels unbelievably soft afterwards. The shoulder massage was a lovely extra touch too. Kerri made the treatment feel really special from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it!

I had an excellent experience with Sakhon, She is extremely professional and clearly very skilled in traditional Thai massage techniques. From start to finish, she knew exactly what she was doing and applied the right pressure with confidence and care. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better overall. Zuanna is excellent. She listens carefully to your needs ans she delivers. My first massage was amazing and I felt lighter, happier and very relaxed. I have already booked again! I would recommend her to everyone especially if you are in a stressful job and need some self care.

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Zuzana is a very welcome and warm person, makes you feel very relaxed. She tailors the massage to your needs and is very relaxing. The room she hires is also extremely welcoming and warm. I would definitely recommend Zuzana.

I had a wonderful massage with Zuzana yesterday, despite the exceptionally hot weather. The treatment room was kept pleasantly cool, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment I arrived. What particularly impressed me was how thoughtfully Zuzana adapted the treatment to the conditions. Instead of using a heavy towel, she used a light sheet, which felt much more comfortable in the heat while still maintaining professionalism and modesty. I had an excellent massage today that really helped relieve the tension & pain in my shoulders. Sara was attentive and clearly experienced. During the massage, she focused on the tight areas around my shoulders and upper back, gradually working out the knots without making it uncomfortable. I could feel the tension easing with each movement, and by the end of the session, my shoulders felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. The Japanese Head Spa & Facial Ritual was honestly amazing. Sophie was so calm and gentle, and her techniques were spot on. Every movement felt slow and soothing, and the scalp massage completely melted away tension. The warm water and facial massage were incredibly relaxing and my skin felt fresh and glowing after. Sophie makes you feel totally at ease and cared for. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and really reset. I’ll definitely be booking again.
