Excellent, a Doctor at Salisbury hospital advised me to just sit in a sauna. The deep massages have relieved pain and stiffness in my leg, pain in lower back has completely disappeared, back now to enjoying life.

Rio is amazing! I’ve been seeing her once or twice a month, and every massage is fantastic. If I ever miss an appointment, my body definitely notices! I had an amazing massage with Rio. Her technique is excellent, and she knows exactly how to work on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed, with so much less tension and stiffness. Rio is professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled at what she does. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage, I can’t recommend her enough.

First time seeing Rio as I’m only passing through on holiday, and I’m so glad I booked in. I had a lovely deep tissue massage followed by an Indian head massage, and both were lovely. Rio’s technique was different from what I’m used to, but in such a good way, the pressure was perfect and I left feeling completely relaxed. Being a massage therapist myself, I do have high expectations, and Rio absolutely delivered. Would definitely return if I’m back in the area.

Brilliant so relaxing. The salon is well laid out, very comfortable. Justina is very welcoming and the treatments always make me feel fabulous. There are absolutely no downsides apart from wanting more treatments.

I have just received my monthly deep tissue massage with Rio to help with glute discomfort. She worked meticulously on my left glute pain, which was so incredibly effective that it triggered a profound emotional release and I cried, but felt so much better and lighter afterwards - I love it when we can let go of stored emotions, as it's so beneficial for our wellbeing. Also, my previous session completely loosened my hips, allowing me to walk my dog much more freely. I have rebooked this massage for next month and I've booked reflexology in a couple of weeks. Love Rio's treatments x
