I’ve been getting regular lymphatic drainage massages here for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jaqueline is exceptional—professional, caring, and incredibly skilled. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely looked after. On top of that, the results are always excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment!

Pui is professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to target the areas where I carry the most tension, especially in my shoulders and back. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Puy for the gua sha facial and lymphatic drainage massages. From the moment the session began, I felt completely relaxed and in expert hands. Joy was great, very attentive & a little mad she was hoping on & off the massage table bending me around in ways I thought not quite possible. However shame once again her colleagues didn't consider the ambience required for a massage - quiet relaxation, banging cupboard doors, heavy footsteps in the hallway, & what sounded like a trolley laden with broken glass being pushed down a cobbled street, Joy could only apologise! This is not the first time I have had my massage disrupted by external noise withing the building. I would also note I tried to book on the website & had to book via Fresha

Jacqueline is absolutely amazing! She is so skilled at finding and working out all your knots, and she really knows how to identify the problem areas that need extra attention. The level of care and service she provides is always outstanding, which is why we keep coming back. My mother and sister also now come to her for massages because she is just that good. We are newish to Reading and this was our second 2 hour couples massage in 2 weeks. I was wondering if the second massage could be as good as the first and was pleasantly surprised…it was even better. The therapist motion of hands is like a symphony with the perfect amount of pressure applied to those nasty knots and sore muscles. We have had the pleasure of experiencing massages all across America, Asia and Europe. This location is by far the most professional and competent we have experienced. Come see them, you’ll leave a new person.

The massage room is a charming and relaxing environment. Convenient location from town on Castle Hill. Puy put me at ease and was very skilled with a Thai massage. Been to many massage places and I found this a professional experience, could not fault. Used to have a great massage therapist but since moving to Reading have been to multiple other places trying to find someone to help with my knots and tightness, Puy is only one who has helped - I’m walking around without twinges for first time in a month today 😊 delighted to have found this place, I will be back regularly - thank you Puy
