Sarah has been wonderful, treating an Achilles injury and tight calf…..her deep tissue massage has helped hugely but her lifestyle/work advice has been so amazing! She game me exercises of course but also great advice on how to help myself. Will defo go back if needed and happy to recommend

I had a wonderful experience with May. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the massage was both relaxing and effective. May was professional, attentive, and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed attention. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much more relaxed. I’ve spent a long time trying to find the right massage therapist, and Jen really is a gem. She combines massage with Rapid NFR, which was exactly what I needed. She was so welcoming, caring and took the time to understand my needs. She really went above and beyond, and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Jenny was very attentive to my medical history and applied massage to affected areas. She explained how I would feel after the session and to take time for myself today. I felt a bit sore but strangely energised after as my body was indeed in need of some care and support, but I know it was the right decision to go down the massage route. I will follow up in a month's time with another session. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and friendly practitioner.

Sarah was great — she made me feel really comfortable, explained clearly what was going on, and gave honest advice. She followed up with exercises to help my recovery and I felt well looked after. Would definitely recommend.
