Absolutely AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few massages with Paula and each one is so amazing. Most recently I’ve had two buccal massages to try and help ease jar tension and they have been SO relaxing. I was a little apprehensive about having them as I’ve never had a massage like this but WOW every time I leave floating on a cloud. So relaxing, such a nice vibe and Paula is so lovely and welcoming, makes you feel right at ease!

Glamazon was amazing! I had a hot stone massage, facial, and Japanese head spa, and everything was so relaxing. Sadduf was incredibly friendly, gentle, and professional. I’m quite shy and ticklish, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The treatments were amazing and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Such a calming atmosphere and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🤍

My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I had a new Balinese massage treatment and it was lovely, have been having massages from Paula on and off for the past few years and it's always great. I find Paula is really good at listening to what you need, the right balance of pressure and releasing tension while also making the treatment feel really relaxing. Definitely recommend 👍😊

I recently visited Alice at Eden as I needed a facial and my lips topping up, I went for the cosmo glow facial and 0.5 ml in my lips as I just wanted some definition and natural look and as always Alice’s service was amazing. I have now been going to Alice for a couple of years and I would never change aesthetic practice, she’s reliable and very professional. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a safe practice in Nottingham ☺️

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture. I 100% recommend this place and will book again!

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Absolutely amazing! I'm with Paula at least once a month for the full body massage and decided to try the buccal massage today. What a treat! The difficult part was to stay awake. Deeply relaxing, made me feel so grounded and happy. 100% recommended.

I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!
