Had a fantastic and relaxed time with Sandra including a massage, pedicure, facial and plenty of great advice on aftercare as well as a friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The place is easy to find in Newport with plenty of parking nearby and nice and quiet for a relaxing time.

I really enjoyed my pregnancy massage. It was a super relaxing experience. The place was quiet, smelled lovely of essential oils, with quiet music playing in the background. I would be happy to book here again!

Had a great facial/chemical peel with Amy today, a lovely face mask after and a relaxing scalp massage which was lovely! Amy’s very knowledgeable and helpful with the products and information, what to expect before and after. Would highly recommend and will be booking back in for another session in 2 weeks time. Sandy is amazing healer. She has the mightiest touch. She’s amazing at what she does, I could see that sandy cares about her clients and their comfort. She was incredibly professional. I had pain in my heel, but I wasn't even sure where the exact problem area was. She identified the spot and worked on it with a massage. After the session, I felt a noticeable difference—almost like my nervous system had started functioning properly again. I left feeling much more relaxed, relieved, and energized. Highly recommended!
