The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was calm and I have never had such a good massage in my life. I had the Indian head and deeper than Deep Back massages, which were recommended by Mantra staff via email correspondence based on my needs. The massage therapist was fantastic and made sure everything was lovely and relaxing for me. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved it so much I have booked the same treatments for 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend, especially if you're feeling a bit stressed!

Friendly welcome from Anthony who explained the best massage for my symptoms. Felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the massage. Also had acupuncture in both ears, felt relaxed, nearly falling asleep, so chilled out. Once home relaxed feeling continued. One of the best massages I have received. Anthony was so knowledgeable regarding both treatments.

As a sceptical man, I went to see if acupuncture could help with my stress levels. Deanna, used some visual technology and targeted the session to give me the best results. Expecting nothing, I was blown away with how relaxed/zoned out I was, and indeed I still am 7 hours later. Definitely going back for more sessions, so if you're a sceptic like me, just do it!
