Jo is a simply wonderful human — warm, professional and incredibly talented. Every treatment leaves me feeling relaxed, restored and so much better than when I arrived. Jo was very welcoming as soon as she open the door had a chat and felt at ease the actually hot stone massage was amazing so relaxing but also felt my muscles relaxing. Would definitely book again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I tried the 'Massage and ME' treatment for the first time and Jo created the perfect bespoke treatment for me. It was a very hot day so Jo used some cold stones which were amazingly refreshing. Jo also really thought about which oils would suit the treatment best as well as the weather and my mood. The whole treatment from start to finish was excellent, I even started and ended my day with a special guided meditation created by Jo just for me. I finished the treatment having gone into the most wonderful meditative state, it was incredible and the feeling of calm lasted me all day, so dreamy.
