This was my 1st visit to see Amelia, and it won't be my last. Amelia was recommended to me by a friend. I was met by a relaxing space, warm and cosy bed with calming music playing. My facial was very relaxing, and I could have fallen asleep. I left feeling very relaxed, and calm, given aftercare advise and a little gift of cream to use at a later date. Thank you again, and im looking forward to coming back in the new year 💓

My first time and wow, I have never felt so comfortable at a first time treatment , as strangers . It was a wonderful healing , balancing experience and I can’t wait for next time. I felt I was floating , my body relaxed -removing tension, I felt waves of joy and clarity . Anna has an amazing and compassionate understanding of women and I would recommend to everyone , I would even swap my massages for Reiki here next time 🕊️☺️💓

Absolutely brilliant , sports injury and after attending the walk in centre a week ago where I was told just rest it for weeks and go to a and e if there was no improvement, I choose to attend Optical Recovery instead and now I have a full diagnosis, a massage on the injury and full instruction of what I can do plus exercise plan Would highly recommend the injury is feeling a little easier already. , fantastic service

I took advantage of a last-minute offer for a hot stone massage and facial, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The treatments themselves were absolutely wonderful — the hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
