The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Pat is the best! I’ve been looking for a good massage spot since I’ve moved to Ipswich, and Pat is the best one by far. She provides a very welcoming experience and she really listens to her customers. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

Lovely and welcoming, I feel very relaxed and the massage was the best I have had, my shoulders were very tense and I have had massages before at other places and it hurt when they done the massage, but not with India, very gentle and it didn’t hurt, i will definitely book again ! :)

First time using Botan Thai and it was brilliant. Was more in need of a full body reset after my training has ramped up. Worked on a painful knot in my shoulder and found other knots that weren’t painful. Advice given throughout and provided an intense but effective and relaxing massage. Went for my first visit to London-Lilly and had a full body massage with Kimba and it was so relaxing. Absolutely love the railway setting and countryside views. Overall a very pleasant experience will definitely be booking again xx
