Molly not only listened to my concerns but was empathic with my personal situation and needs. The whole process from booking to aftercare was smooth and professional. The massage itself was technical and targeted as well as being calming and relaxing. Have already booked another appointment 🥰

Molly listens carefully to any issues you may have and gradually works on those areas , working out the knots . She gives a very deep and relaxing massage . I would definitely recommend her .

I would highly recommend Sussex Massage and Wellness. I had a wonderful massage using a combination of myofascial release techniques and regular massage. I am a massage therapist myself and this was one of the best massages I've ever had, I feel so much better. I've already booked my next appointment.

My first massage with Molly! I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and it was an amazing massage, such a relaxing and calming environment. Will definitely be going back! Thank you so much x

Fabulous! Most massage therapists don't apply enough pressure to get any where near the tension in my muscles, Laurianne really got into all the deep sources of tension. Treatment room was beautiful and really relaxing and Laurianne was very personable, welcoming & took a real interest in how I found the treatment.

Really brilliant massage! Laurianna did everything I needed and more. The hot stones were so relaxing and perfect at the start & she really targeted the areas my body needed to release the tension from my muscles. Have rebooked and would highly recommend!!

Molly really listened to where I was struggling and worked on those areas properly. I feel so much better now, pain free and able to move more easily. I also added a facial and TMJ treatment which was really relaxing and helped release a lot of tension. I have already booked in for fortnightly treatments and I can’t wait. Thank you so much Molly!

I’m always nervous visiting new places but instantly felt at ease with Molly and the beautiful setting. I’d gone in with an uncomfortable hip and feeling generally sluggish one hour later and I felt relaxed and walking straighter……I’m definitely going to return in the new year 😀

I was very impressed with Laurianne. She has a very kind but professional manner. I had a clinical massage for a painful disc displacement. She worked carefully but deeply through each vertebrae and massaged the surrounding muscles. This has eased the pain considerably. She also recommended some exercises and stretches to help the muscles. I would highly recommend her.
