Today I had the Ume treatment and what an incredible experience! The most wonderful facial combined with a relaxing Japanese Head Spa. Jade is incredibly professional and so passionate about her business. You can really see how much thought, care and attention to detail has gone into every part of the experience, with the client’s comfort and relaxation at the heart of everything. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely looked after. I have honestly never felt so relaxed and completely pampered. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. Jade is a fantastic therapist with a lovely personality. She's extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.
