Sophie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The deep tissue massage was very good, she found knots and tight areas I hadn't realised were bad! Ive come out feeling so much better. Highly recommend her!

A massage with Sophie is the perfect balance of relaxation, calmness and targeting muscle tightness; I left left feeling relieved and zen! After a few weeks of pain in my shoulder, the combination of deep tissue massage and cupping helped massively, and the atmosphere Sophie creates makes it a relaxing experience too.

Sophie is brilliant! I was very lucky and received a gift card for Xmas, so decided to book in at this new location. It's a lovely studio, and good parking. Aside from that, Sophie does the best massages! She really tailors it depending on if you want to relax or really dig out the knots!
