I recently purchased four Signature Lymphatic Drainage massages from Jessica Lopes' Mobile Massage Services and couldn't be happier. As a former massage therapist, I know the benefits of lymphatic drainage, especially for fitness and weight loss. Jessica’s expertise and technique are exceptional. From the first session, I saw immediate results in reduced swelling and water retention. Having her come to my home adds convenience and comfort. Jessica is professional and friendly, making each session relaxing. I highly recommend Jessica Lopes' Mobile Massage Services.

Josefa made me feel very relaxed throughout the massage. She paid special attention to troublesome areas I had highlighted and I felt so much lighter by the end of the deep sports massage.

Josefa was fantastic. She took some time getting to know me and the issues I have with my body and then gave me a spectacular deep muscle massage. The space she uses is very welcoming and cosy and she has a very comfortable set up for massages.

This was my third visit to Josefa and my first time at her new space in Dalhousie Wellness Hub. She did not disappoint. I arrived with shoulder pain and a collection of ski related aches and pains and left feeling completely pain free. Josefa really listens and seems to know exactly what to do. The new venue is calm, quiet and genuinely relaxing, which I really appreciated. Walking out relaxed and pain free is the best feeling. Already looking forward to my next visit now that I know exactly where she is.
